What to do if the diesel forklift cannot start?

1. Check the fuel supply: Check whether the fuel is sufficient and check whether the fuel system is operating normally.

2. Check the cables and batteries: Check whether the starting battery or the connecting cables are damaged or corroded. If the battery voltage is insufficient, use a voltmeter to check the battery status.

3. Check the ignition coil and ignition plug: Check whether the ignition coil or ignition plug is damaged. If damaged, replace them.

4. Check the fuel filter: Check whether the fuel filter needs to be replaced or cleaned. If necessary, perform corresponding maintenance.

5. Check the air filter: Check whether the air filter needs to be replaced or cleaned. If necessary, perform corresponding maintenance.

6. Check the engine camshaft: Check whether the engine camshaft is damaged or knotted. If there is a problem, perform corresponding maintenance.
